Terms & Conditions for New Members

Superior Life Nation Membership Rules

1.1. Membership Eligibility: By signing up for membership with Superior Life Consulting or “Superior Life Nation” or “SLC” or “SLN”, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

ALL MEMBERS: Must Join by selecting 1 of the 6 membership options.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE ANNUAL.

1.2. Compliance with Laws: All members must comply with local, state, and federal laws while participating in any of the meetup group activities or utilizing the services offered by Superior IAM Industries LLC.

1.3. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to treat each other and the company's staff with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of membership. Always be respectful when representing SLN (traveling, wearing logo, networking ect)

1.4. Confidentiality: Members shall respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared within the Superior Life Nation or during the provision of services. Sharing sensitive information outside the group or with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and can lead to a termination of membership & or legal action.

1.5. Termination of Membership: Superior Life Nation reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member found violating these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any inappropriate behavior without issuing a refund.

1.6. Changes to Terms & Conditions: Superior Life Nation may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the membership services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

2.2. Programs and Services: SLN offers access to a wide range of programs and services to help you live your best life. These services include; foreclosure assistance, group homes, consulting & youth mentoring.

3. Payment Choices and Startup Gifts:

3.1. Payment Choices: Members can choose from six membership levels. SLN offers (4) annual payment options and (2) monthly payment options . The six payment choices are as follows:

Legend: $2222.99 a year. Full access to all benefits and services.

Elite: $1111.99 a year Full access to most benefits.

VIP: $777.99 a year Full access to most benefits.

Protege: $44 a month Access to select benefits.

Level Up: $19.99 a month Access to select benefits.

Sovereign: $1 a year Access to basic benefits.

3.2. Startup Gifts: As a token of appreciation for becoming a member, you will receive these following gifts based on the membership option chosen:

Superior Experience is only available to members who opt for Legend, Elite, VIP or Protege memberships.

3.3. How/ When we give Superior Experiences:

Receive a Vacation Voucher for becoming a SLN member

Receive a Vacation Voucher (4 day 3 nights) for becoming a Rich Society Group Host in your city. (Only 1 vacation voucher a year, if you received a vacation voucher at signup you’ll get a Hotel Savings card. ($300 value).

Receive a Vacation Voucher ($2,000 value) when you purchase a Life Insurance policy.

Receive a Vacation Voucher ($2,000 value) when completing 1 year of our Better Moves Sober Living program.

Receive a Vacation Voucher ($2,000 value) when you sell SLN your property.

Receive a Vacation Voucher ($2,000 value) when you upload a 3-5 min video speaking on the benefits of a SLN Membership. Post must tag us.

Receive a Hotel Savings Card for becoming a SLN member

Receive a Hotel Savings Card ($300 value) for spending over $100 on all SLN products.

Receive a Hotel Savings Card ($300 value) when you upload a 1-3 min video speaking on the benefits of a SLN membership. Post must tag us.

Receive a Dining Voucher for becoming a SLN member

Receive a Dining Voucher ($300 value) when you sign up for Credit Repair.

Receive a Dining Voucher ($200 value) when you post any respectable picture on any social media account wearing or showing SLN gear. Or upload a 1 min video speaking on the benefits of a SLN Membership. Post must tag us.

Receive a Dining Voucher ($200 value) when making a donation to the "Everyone Eats" community outreach program.

4. Membership Renewal:

4.1. Automatic Renewal: Membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the annual or monthly term, or based on the chosen payment option, unless the member notifies the company in writing or email at least 30 days before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

5.1. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify the company in writing. Cancellation requests will be processed as per the terms of the chosen payment option:

a) Cancellation: Cancellation requests are NOT eligible for refund. If payment is received the gift is being prepared for delivery. Each member either joined with a vacation gift, hotel savings gift or a dining savings card, the member has 14 days to “activate” the gift via email. Once activated you have a year to use it.

5.2. Forfeiture of Startup Gift: If a member cancels their membership, any startup gift received will be forfeited.

By signing up as a member with Superior Life Nation you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Superior Life Nation.
